Get the transfer code

Unlocks the domain and returns its transfer (EPP) code, for moving it to another registrar — the domain is the client's. The code is never kept for a replay: no Idempotency-Key.

Authentication

An API key as Authorization: Bearer or x-api-key. It needs the domains:write scope — connect, check and remove domains.

Parameters

Named placeholders go in the path; the rest in a JSON body.

registration_idstringPath · required: The domain name's id.1 to 100 characters

Response

200 with JSON on success (schema on the right). Errors use the standard envelope; the answer holds a one-time secret, so it is never saved for a replay and an Idempotency-Key is refused (400 idempotency_key_not_accepted) — call again to get a new one.
