Privacy notice

Preview privacy notice: what Website Buddy stores and how you control it.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Operated by Workflow Corporation. In preview.

What is stored

  • Your login: name, email address and a one-way hash of your password — never the password itself.
  • Your account’s business details, brand, clients, sites and the content you put on them.
  • Messages visitors send through a site’s forms, for that site’s owner to read.
  • An activity log of consequential actions, with the login that took them.

Visitors to published sites

Published sites count page views per day. The count sets no cookie and stores no visitor’s address. If a site owner adds their own analytics code (for example a Google Analytics id), that provider’s own terms apply to it.

Your controls

  • Change your name and password, and sign out of every device, under Your login.
  • An account owner decides who is on the team and which clients may edit which site.
  • Form messages can be read and exported by the site’s owner.
