Preview terms
The terms that apply while Website Buddy is in preview.

The service
Website Buddy lets a business (“you”, a customer account) build websites for its own clients from templates and resell them under its own name. It is operated by Workflow Corporation. Workflow Corp turns the Website Builder on for an account; until then the account can sign in but cannot create sites.
The service is in preview: features may be added, changed or removed, and screens may look different from one visit to the next.
Fees
You pay Workflow Corporation a wholesale fee for each site you create (by its package), as agreed with Workflow Corporation for your account. The prices you charge your own clients are yours to set, and your agreement with your clients is between you and them.
Your monthly statement in your account lists every site and what it adds.
Logins
Each person signs in with their own login. Consequential actions are recorded against the login that took them, in the account’s activity log. Your clients sign in to edit their own site only, with the permissions you give them.
Workflow Corporation can suspend a login, sign it out of every device, or send it a one-time link to choose a new password.
Site content
- You and your clients are responsible for the words, pictures and files on the sites you publish.
- Template sample content is marked as sample until it is replaced.
- Workflow Corporation may pause a site that breaks the law or these terms; a paused site shows a neutral holding page.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the preview develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
